A barely begun still life painted during class tonight. Using a limited 5 color palette and mixing from there. Most sections are only just blocked out, but the can with the stripes has the beginnings of some detail and is my best volume work to date. The yellow cylinder and green plastic cup were also well color-mixed. I got a big thumbs up for that :-)
